The Q at Maitland is one of ZMG’s latest renovations. Originally built in the 1960's, The Q at Maitland has undergone a complete transformation from a community nearing obsolesce to one of Orlando's best luxury apartment communities. The ZMG team serves as the general contractor for the project and has led all construction phases. Additionally, ZMG worked closely with the owner, architect, and City of Maitland in both developing and obtaining final approval of the project design. Other than the base shell, not much of the original community remains. The major scope components including a complete transformation of the exterior skin, replacement of all mechanical systems, modification of floor plans, addition of washer and dryers, renovations to common areas, and replacement of all unit interior components with luxury finishes.
